ATTORNEY GENERAL RELEASES EXPLANATION FOR MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY INITIATED AMENDMENT TO THE SOUTH DAKOTA CONSTITUTION

PIERRE, S.D. -- South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg has released the following Attorney General’s ballot explanation for the November 2022 general election.

The initiated amendment, which is identical to the measure submitted on February 1, 2021, is entitled An initiated amendment to the South Dakota Constitution expanding Medicaid eligibility.

The stamped AG Statements are available for viewing at the website of the South Dakota Secretary of State.
