An 18-year-old man was accused of repeatedly molesting a 12-year-old girl several times after Typhoon Mawar.

On March 28, a 14-year-old girl, who was accompanied by Child Protective Services social workers, made a walk-in criminal sexual conduct complaint to the Guam Police Department. The minor accused Pedro John Glenny Nena, 18, of repeatedly molesting her.

According to a magistrate's complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam, the first incident occurred after Typhoon Mawar on May 24, 2023, when the victim was 12-years-old.

"The victim was asleep on the living room floor of her residence when she awoke to the defendant touching her breasts over her clothing. The defendant then moved his hand and rubbed the victim's vagina," the charging documents stated.

The second incident happened a year later, in May 2024. After the victim came home from school and was taking a nap, she heard the sound of a door opening and "felt someone climb on top of her and rub her breasts," court documents stated.

The minor then woke up and saw Nena sitting next to her.

The complaint stated that after both incidents, the victim told her parents what happened, but her "parents brushed it off."

A third incident occurred in June 2024 when the victim was lying on the sofa in her living room and Nena sat next to her. Nena allegedly rubbed her inner thigh and molested her again, the complaint stated.

A fourth incident also occurred in June 2024 when the victim was asleep and woke up to Nena allegedly rubbing her breasts, according to charging documents.

When speaking to police, Nena allegedly admitted that "he touched the victim's breast and vagina sometime after Typhoon Mawar," the complaint stated.

"The defendant denied the other incidents," according to the complaint.

Nena was charged with six counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct as first-degree felonies.
