Drake finds out NCAA Tournament opponent

DES MOINES, Iowa — The Drake Bulldogs are heading to Wichita, Kansas for its opening matchup in the NCAA Tournament.

Drake, an 11 seed in the West Region will play the 6 seed Missouri Tigers on Thursday.

The Tigers featured two players who previously played college basketball in the state of Iowa. Former Hawkeye Tony Perkins and former Cyclone Caleb Grill both transferred there.

Should Drake win, they would play the winner of Texas Tech and UNC Wilmington.
