HARDING — A benefit concert to raise money to support the animal victims of hurricanes Irma and Harvey will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22 at Bartolai Winery, Route 92.

During the hurricanes, many thousands of pets and livestock were abandoned or displaced. Consequently, the animal agencies and shelters have been overwhelmed with demand and are in need of support to provide for and protect these animals while lives and communities are rebuilt and families are relocated to permanent housing.

Five known local bands, Area 52, Strawberry Jam, Infinity, Mother Nature’s Sons and The Cool Ride Band, have agreed to donate their performances. There will a $10 cover at the door for patrons, along with T-shirt sales, free snacks, 50/50 raffle, basket raffles and a cash bar. All ages are welcome with adult accompaniment.
